How do I log in to the Just Jym app and Client Portal?

Once you become a member of Just Jym, you will be able to log in to our app and Client Portal using the email address and password you provided during registration. This will allow you to manage your membership – from updating your contact details, booking a sports massage, fitness classes, purchasing products, to managing payments and credit/debit card details. 

Click on 'Client Portal' at the top right corner of the page, and you will be automatically directed to the Client Portal login page. If you are still experiencing issues with log in, please contact our support hotline at +65 91077909 and a member of staff will assist you.
